Terms of Service

1. The service

GroupBox AI provides an AI-powered product workspace: specialized AI agents for product management, software development, quality assurance, and marketing, connected through a shared project memory. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use GroupBox.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you submit and the outputs generated in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

4. AI-generated output

GroupBox agents generate plans, code, tests, and marketing content automatically. AI output may contain errors and is provided as a starting point, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it — especially code deployed to production and content published publicly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to build or distribute malware, spam, or content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' workspaces.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a per-seat basis, monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using GroupBox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, you may export your Project Memory for 30 days before deletion.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupBox AI's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
