Our story
GroupBox started with a frustration every founder knows: your product's brain is scattered across a dozen tools. The PRD lives in Notion, the tickets in Jira, the code context in Cursor, the test plans in a spreadsheet, and the launch copy in yet another chat window — and none of them talk to each other.
Every new AI conversation started from zero. Every hand-off lost context. Every decision made on Monday was forgotten by Friday. The tools were smart; the workflow was broken.
So we built the workspace we wished existed: one place where an AI Product Manager, Developer, QA Engineer, and Marketing team work from the same living project memory — where an idea typed on your phone becomes a plan, then code, then tests, then a launch, without a single piece of context falling through the cracks.
